Essential Information

If you are interested in being an exchange student at Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA), the first step is to contact the International Office at your home university. Make sure your home university has a formal exchange agreement with IUT2 Grenoble (Institut Universitaire de Technologie 2) or UGA. If your University doesn’t have an agreement, your university's International Office can contact us to enter into a new agreement.

As a second step, you should be nominated by your home University as an exchange student with IUT2 Grenoble as your destination. Students should be nominated through the portal https://international-nominations.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/ or by email at iut2-sri@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr

  1. nomination should include the following information: first and last name, date of birth, gender, email address, duration of the exchange (semester or full year) and field of studies.

If your home university does not have an agreement with IUT2 or UGA, but you would like to spend one or two semesters at IUT2 as part of your degree, you can apply to one of our English-taught programs as an independent student.
